These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and 777fe2 ("777fe2", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the 777fe2 online gaming platform available at https://777fe2.cam, including all associated services, features, content and functionality (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines or promotional terms published on the Platform from time to time.

To register an Account and use the Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are accessing the Platform on a voluntary basis and in a personal, non-commercial capacity.

• You have not previously been excluded, suspended or had an account closed by 777fe2 for any reason.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer or director of 777fe2, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.

777fe2 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a User is found to have misrepresented their age or eligibility, any funds in the Account may be forfeited and the Account closed immediately without notice.

Each individual may register only one Account on the 777fe2 Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address or payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. You must promptly update this information should any of it change. 777fe2 shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from a User's failure to maintain accurate registration information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 777fe2 will never contact you by any channel to request your password. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact support immediately.

Account registration, login and all betting and casino activity on 777fe2 is conducted through an English-language interface. Users across Pakistan — including those in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar — access the same English-language platform.

All financial transactions on the 777fe2 Platform are subject to the following conditions:

• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance only after successful confirmation from the relevant payment processor.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are specified in the cashier section of the Platform.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. 777fe2 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• You may only withdraw funds using the same payment method used to make your most recent deposit, subject to operator discretion.

• Deposits funded by third-party payment accounts not registered in your name will be rejected and may trigger a security review.

References to payment methods such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah on the Platform are provided for informational context only. 777fe2 does not claim any affiliation with, endorsement by, or official support from any of these payment providers.

777fe2 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, reload offers and other incentives. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual offer:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible registered Users only and cannot be redeemed by the same individual more than once unless explicitly stated.
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met in full before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is specified in each offer's individual terms.
• Bonus Funds and associated winnings may expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the time period specified in the promotional terms.
• 777fe2 reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer, cancel a bonus or reclaim bonus winnings if it reasonably suspects misuse, collusion, abuse of the offer or any breach of these Terms.
• Certain game types may contribute at different rates towards meeting wagering requirements. Full contribution tables are available in each promotion's specific terms.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonuses may not be combined with other concurrent promotions.

Users are responsible for reading the full terms of any promotion before opting in. 777fe2 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of a User's failure to understand or comply with promotional terms.

The following general betting rules apply across all sports betting and casino gaming activity on the 777fe2 Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. No bet may be cancelled or amended after acceptance, except where specifically permitted by the Platform's in-play cash-out feature.
• 777fe2 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the odds were materially incorrect due to a technical error or human error, and to recalculate any winnings accordingly.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. Limits are set at the operator's discretion and may be applied to individual accounts.
• In the event of any dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, the operator's records shall be deemed conclusive.
• Live betting markets are subject to rapid odds movement. 777fe2 shall not be liable for any delay between odds displayed and odds accepted during live betting.
• Cricket markets, including PSL fixtures, T20 internationals, ICC tournament matches and Pakistan national team events, are subject to specific cricket betting rules published separately on the Platform.
• Winnings are credited to the Account Balance automatically following official settlement of the relevant market.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777fe2 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account or operating an Account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access the Platform or exploit any feature of the Services.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting strategies in bad faith, or any form of fraud or cheating.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs or vulnerabilities. Any winnings gained through exploitation of a technical error are void and must be returned.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or any activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or circumvent any security feature of the Platform.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour towards 777fe2 staff or other users.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of Account Balance and Bonus Funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

All content on the 777fe2 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, software, data compilations and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive property of 777fe2 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 777fe2.

The 777fe2 brand name, logo and all associated marks are trademarks of 777fe2. Unauthorised use of any 777fe2 trademark is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777fe2 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or the Services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill.
• Interruption to or failure of the Services caused by technical issues, maintenance, third-party service providers or events outside 777fe2's reasonable control.
• Gambling losses incurred through use of the Platform, including losses arising from odds errors that were subsequently corrected.
• Unauthorised access to or use of your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Inaccuracies in third-party odds, results data or event information displayed on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 777fe2's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

777fe2 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected includes, but is not limited to, registration information, KYC documentation, transaction records, device and usage data, and communications with support. This data is used to operate the Platform, process transactions, verify identity, detect fraud, comply with applicable legal obligations and improve the Services.

777fe2 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or void any funds, with or without notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other rule published on the Platform.
• Providing false or misleading registration or KYC information.
• Engaging in any form of fraudulent, abusive or prohibited conduct as described in Clause 8.
• A regulatory, legal or compliance requirement that necessitates Account closure.
• The User's voluntary request to close their Account.

Upon termination, any real-money Balance held in a closed Account — provided it was not subject to forfeiture under these Terms — will be returned to the User subject to completion of KYC verification and deduction of any applicable fees. Bonus Funds and associated winnings are forfeited upon Account closure in all circumstances.

You may request Account closure at any time by contacting support. All closure requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe following identity verification.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777fe2 is licensed and operates. Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan acknowledge that Pakistani law — including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may impose restrictions on online gambling activity. 777fe2 makes no representation as to the legality of the Services under Pakistani law. Users in Pakistan are solely responsible for determining the legal status of online gambling in their jurisdiction and for complying with applicable law.

Any dispute arising between a User and 777fe2 that cannot be resolved through the Platform's support process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the operator's governing jurisdiction.

777fe2 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, reasonable notice will be provided via the Platform — for example, through a notification on the homepage or within the User's Account area. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and request Account closure if desired.
